Berna Büyükutku serves as a Management Consultant at the Adisa Consulting Istanbul Headquarters. Since joining the firm in 2026, she has focused her practice on human resources systems, organizational development, and strategic transformation.

Ms. Büyükutku holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boğaziçi University. She commenced her professional journey in the education sector within marketing and business development, subsequently pivoting to human resources through her involvement in large-scale restructuring and change management initiatives.

With over three decades of professional experience, she has played a pivotal role in complex, multi-stakeholder change and transformation projects. Drawing upon this extensive background, she adopts a strategic human resources perspective dedicated to transforming not merely organizational structures, but also corporate cultures and leadership paradigms.

Her core areas of expertise encompass corporate culture and cultural transformation, leadership and management competencies, talent management, and employee experience and engagement. Furthermore, Ms. Büyükutku is an accredited consultant for the Neo PI-R Personality Inventory and holds coaching certifications from ADLER and Six Seconds (Emotional Intelligence).
