Burcu works as a management consultant at Adisa Consulting’s Istanbul Head Office. She joined Adisa in 2024 and has since been focusing on human resources systems, organizational development, and transformation.
Her career journey started back in 2004 when she took on the role of an IT Specialist, working on both local and international logistics systems projects. After about five years, she made a shift to the insurance industry, where she got involved in a variety of organizational analysis studies, ISO audits, and improvement projects as a Quality and Organization Specialist. This role really helped her broaden her expertise and see the bigger picture of how organizations work.
But her experience doesn’t end there! Burcu has also led significant projects in the banking and education sectors. She’s been involved in everything from improving workflow processes using the BPR methodology to conducting operational scorecard studies, efficiency analyses, and organizational development initiatives. She’s also worked on staff norms, recruitment processes, and organizational analyses—there’s hardly an area she hasn’t touched.
Burcu’s academic background is just as impressive. She holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Galatasaray University, and in 2011-2012, she completed her Executive MBA at Boğaziçi University.
Her areas of expertise cover a broad spectrum, including the analysis and improvement of HR processes, performance management systems, organizational reviews and restructuring, collective bargaining agreements, and recruitment processes. She’s passionate about helping organizations streamline their operations and create more efficient, people-focused workplaces.
