Elif Bekiroğlu is the Ankara Office Representative of Adisa Consulting. She joined Adisa in 2025, focusing on HR systems, industrial relations, quality, organizational development, and transformation.

She started her career in 1997 at Demir Export Inc., part of Koç Group, as a Quality Engineer. She worked on EFQM-based self-assessments, total quality systems, strategic planning, process improvement, and quality certifications. She later moved to the HR department, managing job descriptions, grading systems, competency-based interviews, talent and performance management, 360-degree evaluations, training, and industrial relations.

In 2007, she became HR Manager at N.V. Turkse Perenco, overseeing HR and industrial relations for Turkey operations for over 15 years. She gained international experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, union relations, job evaluation, talent management, and training. She also led international assignments and collaborated with the Paris office on performance system redesign.

Elif holds a Mathematics degree and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University. She speaks advanced English and intermediate French.

Her expertise includes HR process improvement, performance systems, organizational restructuring, strategic HR planning, industrial relations, recruitment, and data-driven optimization.
