Emrah, who joined Adisa Danışmanlık in 2013, serves as a trainer, coach, mentor, and consultant.

He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Textile Engineering in 2003. Before joining Adisa, he held management roles in areas such as field operations, organizational development, training development, and human resources.

At Adisa, Emrah focuses on leadership development. He offers coaching and mentoring services in areas that support this goal, including emotional resilience, communication and relationship management, personal effectiveness at work, managing up, self-awareness, proactive approaches, conflict management, and assertiveness.

He designs tailored development programs for companies and delivers his services in both Turkish and English. Emrah is certified by the ICF in individual coaching, mentoring, and team coaching. His current focus areas are next-generation leadership approaches and enhancing team effectiveness.
