Büşra works as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist at Adisa Consulting's Head Office in Istanbul. She has joined Adisa in 2023 and since then focused on employee attitude and satisfaction researches, employee experience, talent management, HR life cycle design, and organizational development and transformation.

She began her career in the finance sector, specializing in recruitment and talent management, training and development program design, compensation management, and performance systems. Büşra played a key role in the simplification and digitalization of HR processes, particularly during agile transformations associated with international company mergers.

In addition, she has managed various organizational development and HR transformation projects across different industries, including international logistics, civil society, and healthcare. She has also contributed to fulfilling HR's roles and responsibilities in applications such as the EFQM Model and the Turquality Brand Support Program.

Büşra completed her undergraduate education in the Psychology Department at Istanbul Kültür University, with a minor in Management - Organization from the Business Administration Department. She earned her master's degrees in Human Resources (MBA) from Bahçeşehir University and in Business and Organizational Psychology from Beykoz University.

Her areas of expertise include corporate culture, organizational change, leadership development, organizational communication, employee empowerment, organizational commitment, organizational development, HR systems design and implementation, employee experience, talent management, assessment and development center applications, as well as emotions, attitudes, and behaviors in the workplace, and employee research.
