Cem works at Adisa Consulting Marmara Region Bursa Office as growth management consultant. He joined Adisa in 2017. Before Adisa; he started his professional career as maintenance planning chief and continued as production manager.

Throughout his career, he worked on the establishment of quality assurance systems, implementation of total quality and lean manufacturing practices, establishment and implementation of human resources systems. He also took part in the restructuring of group presidencies and management processes, company mergers, and establishment of overseas factories and organizations.

Cem graduated from METU, department of Mechanical Engineering and received MBA degree from Uludağ University. He still continues his undergraduate degree in Sociology. He can speak english well.

Among his areas of expertise; corporate management, leadership and culture, organizational development and change management, human resources systems. He can speak English fluently.
