Deniz joined the Adisa Istanbul office in 2025.
He graduated from the Faculty of Letters at Istanbul University in 2021. Before joining Adisa, he worked in project management, training activities, technical support, data analysis, and quality control processes, gaining proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel VBA, ServiceNow, and Adobe Photoshop.
During his career, he designed and implemented onboarding training programs, planned quarterly training sessions, developed target audience–oriented content through needs analysis, and organized pre- and post-training tests to measure effectiveness. He also prepared training materials according to needs and localized content for different teams and countries.
In addition, he prepared quality control reports, developed reports using SQL, Tableau, and VBA, classified and tracked user requests received through ServiceNow, resolved user issues, and contributed to process improvement efforts with data-driven insights.
His areas of expertise include project management, training activities, reporting, database management, and user support projects. He has advanced English and intermediate Persian (Farsi) language skills.
