We are together again with the same vision after 25 years! 

At the beginning of our career journey, I worked with Hüseyin Adanalı on the "Koç 2000" Total Quality Project at Koç Group. During this process, we contributed to the establishment and implementation of the total quality systems of Koç Group companies; we also closely witnessed their quality journeys.

After a quarter of a century, I am experiencing the joy of coming together again under the same roof as the Ankara Representative of Adisa during this special period when Adisa is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Ankara's structure, which is associated with seriousness, discipline, and hard work, is in strong harmony with Adisa's ethical values. In line with these common values and ethical principles, our goal is to contribute to the national economy by providing qualified support to companies' human resources and management processes. 

By including Ankara to Adisa's branches in Istanbul, Gaziantep, Izmir, and Bursa, we now have the opportunity to offer closer, faster, and more customized solutions to our stakeholders in the capital. To celebrate this new step, we had the opportunity to meet with the human resources directors and senior executives of companies operating in Ankara at the launch meeting we held on June 11, 2025, at the Divan Hotel in Ankara, to share Adisa's future vision.
