Eray completed his undergraduate education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of Geological Engineering. He started his professional career in projects of Radon Ingenieurbüro company and Karlıtepe Enerji A.Ş. between 2019 and 2022. He started as the Responsible Field Engineer in the 35 MW Karlıtepe WPP project and led the engineer and technical teams. He was responsible for calculating and harmonizing the required team and capacity for the projects, creating talent pools among the teams and ensuring task distribution, and being responsible for the completion and quality of the work.

Between 2022 and 2024, he worked simultaneously as a Project Manager in the Cyber ​​Security and GRC departments of Lostar Information Security Company, and completed his duties as responsible for the planning of projects and compliance with deadlines, the quality of project outputs, ensuring customer demand/service balance, resource budgeting and compliance.
