Furkan has been serving within Adisa Istanbul Office as of 2024.

Furkan, who successfully graduated from Istanbul Arel University, Department of Psychology, has shown a special interest in the fields of individual and organizational psychology throughout his academic life.

In order to expand her professional vision, she completed comprehensive certification programs in the fields of organizational psychology, human resources and strategic planning, and reinforced her theoretical knowledge with her internship experience in the Human Resources department of a corporate company.

The valuable experiences he gained as a Psychologist in a counseling center between 2022-2024 made significant contributions to his professional development. In addition to his professional career, he actively participates in volunteer work in various organizations with the mission of creating social benefit.

With his approach that touches people, makes a difference and aims for continuous development, Furkan continues his studies in the field of psychology under the umbrella of Adisa.
