Hasan works as a specialist in process development, planning, reporting, and IT analysis at Adisa Danışmanlık’s Istanbul Central office. Having joined Adisa in January 2024, Hasan brings his analytical skills and technology-driven solutions to various projects within the company. His expertise in process optimization and workflow improvement allows him to significantly contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of Adisa’s operations.

During his university education, Hasan focused on production management and continuous improvement techniques. His work on lean manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen and 5S helped him develop a perspective on making business processes more efficient and effective. His experiences in production planning and reporting during his studies laid the foundation for deepening his practical experience after graduation. Notably, his thesis on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) played a crucial role in understanding the importance of multi-criteria analysis in decision-making processes.

Before joining Adisa, Hasan worked as a production planning engineer at a factory, where he gained experience in analyzing and optimizing production processes. In this role, he contributed to various projects aimed at improving production line efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring continuity in manufacturing, strengthening his competence in process management.

Graduating in 2022 from the Industrial Engineering Department of Doğuş University, Hasan has a strong foundation in technology-driven analysis and reporting tools. He has developed expertise in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Excel VBA, skills which he actively applies to projects at Adisa. His contributions in digitizing processes and effectively analyzing data help support the company’s strategic decision-making and advance its business operations.

His areas of expertise include process development, workforce planning, reporting, business analystics, database management, data visualization and data intelligence and efficiency improvement projects. Through his knowledge and experience, Hasan continues to make a significant impact both within Adisa and in the broader industry.
