Tuğba works at Adisa Consulting Istanbul Head Office. She joined Adisa in 2017 and took part in strategy and marketing projects.

She graduated from Boğaziçi University, department of Economics. She started her career at Marsh & McLennan Consulting as a consultant responsible for B2B products, then continued in the fast moving consumer goods, food industry, as a product manager.

In various departments of three big companies operating in the telecommunication sector (Turkcell, Türk Telekom, Vodafone); she worked as a marketing manager responsible for analyzing consumer needs and behaviors, creating segment-based marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.

She continues to provide consultancy to Turkey's leading companies, with  a total of 15 years of "marketing" experience in the retail, consumer goods and the service sectors.
