Zehra works at Adisa Consulting Istanbul Head Office. She joined Adisa in 2008. Before Adisa, she had consultancy and management experience in quality management systems. During her first years in Adisa, she worked on the development of employee engagement, internal customer satisfaction, competency model design and evaluation applications.

She carries out transformation and restructuring projects on organizational review, staff plan model design, process architecture design and management. She also conducts studies on the design, development and implementation of processes related to human resource management.

Zehra graduated from Istanbul Technical University department of Environmental Engineering. She participated in the International Career Development Consultancy Program at Bahçeşehir University. She can speak English well.

Among her areas of expertise; improving employee engagement, development of internal customer satisfaction, competence model design, organizational review, staff planning, process review and evaluation. She provides training and consultancy services to companies in various sectors.
