Our Recruitment Process 

In our recruitment process, our focus is on recruiting highly motivated candidates who are in line with both the relevant position and our company culture and values, aim to do their job better, have the potential to expand their sphere of influence with the experience they have gained.

Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:

  • Our Employee Experience team search our candidate pool to determine the suitable person for needs of the position.
  • With determined person, the interview is organized for the observation of corporate culture.
  • Before the interview, personality questionnaire from the candidate.
  • The technical competencies and adaptation to the role of the candidate are evaluated for the position.
  • Candidates who have a positive interview with the Employee Experience team conduct an interview with the relevant subject experts.
  • At the end of the process, the positive candidates are informed about the offer, and negative candidates are informed e-mail or phone.
