Tuba contributes to the Configuration Projects from the Bursa office, while also carrying out ADİSA's Marketing Strategies and Communication activities. She joined Adisa in 2020.

She graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. She has CMO certifications from Covey Facilitator and Marmara University.

Among the areas of expertise include; strategy development, business model design, corporate target spread, management mechanisms, process configuration, organization development, marketing communication, corporate communication, human resources systems building and execution.

Having gained experience in different sectors such as air conditioning, defense aviation and energy distribution, especially automotive sub-industry, Tuba took part in the formation of the UN Women's Business Empowerment Bursa Platform. She speaks English fluently.
